Clean-Out Deposit Policy

Our deposit policy is simple and straightforward. Follow these three steps to receive your deposit back in full.

When you rent your unit, pay the refundable clean-out deposit along with your first month's rent. The deposit is $40 for a 10×10 unit and $60 for a 10×25 unit.

Stay Current

Keep your account fully paid and current throughout your rental period. Your deposit is held until you are ready to move out.

3

Move Out Clean

When you are done, completely empty your unit and leave it clean. Once we verify the unit is empty and clean and your account is current, your deposit is refunded.
